These general terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, make a purchase on johnnybulls.com, which is owned and operated by Theorema Scandinavia AB, reg. no. 556543-1334.

When the Agreement Becomes Binding
The agreement between you as the customer and Theorema Scandinavia AB becomes binding when you complete your order on our website. By finalizing the purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right for obvious errors in product information or pricing. If such an error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Prices and Fees
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Any shipping costs and other fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Orders
You may order a maximum of 6 items per order on johnnybulls.com. If you wish to purchase more items, you need to place multiple separate orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders exceeding this limit.

Review and Correction of Errors
Before completing your purchase, you can review and correct information in the checkout (e.g., address, products, and quantities). After completing the purchase, an order confirmation with these terms will be sent to your email in a savable format.

Payment
Payments are handled by Shopify Payments. You can choose from the payment options offered by Shopify, such as card, invoice, and direct bank payment. Terms for each payment method are available at checkout.

For card payments, the card is charged at the time of purchase. For invoice or installment payments, the Consumer Credit Act applies, and Qliro is the credit provider. Information according to SECCI (e.g., effective interest rate, credit amount, term, and fees) is displayed before you confirm the payment.

Delivery
We ship all orders with DHL to pick-up points or parcel lockers. Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand (e.g., sales, promotions, or unforeseen events), delivery time may be longer.

We deliver within Sweden we ship for free.

For uncollected packages, a fee of 199 SEK will be charged.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address when placing an order. Always check the contents of the delivery upon receipt and report any transport damage directly to the pick-up point and to us at info@johnnybulls.com.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. In addition, we offer a 30-day open purchase (sale items 14 days).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@johnnybulls.com. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel the purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in substantially unchanged condition. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost (99 SEK).

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and approving your return. If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping, we will refund the cost equivalent to standard shipping. If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its functionality or characteristics, we reserve the right to deduct for depreciation.

Complaints
You have the right to complain about a defective product under the Consumer Purchase Act. The right to complain applies for up to three years from the purchase, and you must file the complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect (notifications within two years are always considered timely).

For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping and compensate according to legal rules (replacement, price reduction, or refund). For non-approved complaints, you as the customer may need to cover return shipping.

Age Limit
We only enter into agreements with persons over 18 years of age. Minors must have parental or guardian approval.

Privacy and Cookies
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read more in our privacy policy on our website.

Disputes
In case of dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). More information is available at arn.se.

The agreement is governed by Swedish law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be brought before a Swedish general court.
